Ingredients
- butter (unsalted) 2 tbsp
- sesame oil 1 tbsp.
- water 2 tbsp.
- large squid – washed and sliced into ovals 155 g.
- Onion – cut into pieces 2
- onions – diced 1 cup
- salted egg yolks 3
- Red chilli – slide 2
- Garlic – minced ½ teaspoon
- oyster sauce 2 tbsp.
- fish sauce 1½ tbsp.
- sugar ½ tbsp.
Cooking Instructions:
- Stir fry butter, garlic, and squid. Add onions, cayenne pepper, and water.
- Season with fish sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce. Add salted egg yolk, stir-fry until ingredients mix well.
- Sprinkle spring onions and cayenne pepper on top. Serve when hot.
