STIR FRIED SQUID WITH SALTED EGG SAUCE
Ingredients
  • butter (unsalted) 2 tbsp
  • sesame oil 1 tbsp.
  • water 2 tbsp.
  • large squid – washed and sliced into ovals 155 g.
  • Onion – cut into pieces 2
  • onions – diced 1 cup
  • salted egg yolks 3
  • Red chilli – slide 2
  • Garlic – minced ½ teaspoon
  • oyster sauce 2 tbsp.
  • fish sauce 1½ tbsp.
  • sugar ½ tbsp.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Stir fry butter, garlic, and squid. Add onions, cayenne pepper, and water.
  2. Season with fish sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce. Add salted egg yolk, stir-fry until ingredients mix well.
  3. Sprinkle spring onions and cayenne pepper on top. Serve when hot.
